    Before scheduling a meeting with one of 13Travel's employees, please be sure to know the following details: date/period of the event, estimated number of participants, country, city or region in which you want your event to be held, type and purpose of the event, and the necessary equipment.

  • What are the event management services we offer?

    We offer a wide variety of event management services, from booking the venue, ensuring the transport and/or transfer, centralising the participants, paying the event participation fees (if applicable), booking accommodation , hiring the equipment required for the event, to catering services for coffee breaks and meals.

  • How to choose the perfect venue for your event?

    The main criteria we consider when choosing event venues are: the number of participants, the total event space required, the areas to be used by the participants and the theme of the conference, congress, workshop, team building or reception.
